Engagement Coordinator

The Engagement Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and resourcing the Relove customer engagement model that begins with attracting potential customers and ends with the development of spiritual coaches.

• Oversee and resource the Customer Engagement Model.
• Track and report real-time metrics of member engagement through the Engagement Model.
• Lead and resource the discipleship team.
• Develop and oversee leadership training program, and serve as a resource person for all those involved in the leadership of spiritual growth ministries within the church.
• Plan and oversee the annual church retreat.
• Assist in the development of an annual departmental budget and manage spending to budget.
• Function as a member of the church’s pastoral staff and participate in weekly staff meetings and monthly board meetings.
• Lead out in other duties assigned by Lead Pastor.
