MYRON EDMONDS

Dr. MyRon Edmonds is a second generation pastor, community activist and leadership consultant in the Edmonds’ family. Dr. Edmonds day job is that of being the proud pastor of the historic Grace Community Seventh-day Adventist Church (formerly Glenville Seventh-day Adventist Church). His pastoral career has spanned eighteen years.

Under Dr. Edmonds visionary and innovative leadership, Grace Community SDA Church has transformed from a traditional church to a community powerhouse, fighting for justice, lifting the oppressed and setting captives free spiritually, physically and financially. Dr. Edmonds believes that the church is not a building but a people on a mission committed to help as many people as possible experience God’s grace before Jesus returns. In 2012 God gave him a vision to buy a former K-Mart building in Euclid, OH and build a 7 day a week multi-ministry complex that houses several community outreach ministries for families as well as a 9-12 Leadership and Technology high school purposed to help stop the school to prison pipeline. He believes if you build a school you can close a prison. As a result of this initiative, Grace Community broke ground on this state of the art in November of 2018.

Pastor Edmonds is regarded as one of the most fearless, transparent leaders of his generation. He is a highly sought after speaker who travels the world helping to revitalize dying churches, develop leaders and strengthen families.

He has a Masters of Divinity and a Doctorate of Ministry Degree from Andrews Theological Seminary with a concentration in Family Ministries & Discipleship. His dissertation focuses on how to move marginalized black males to spiritual leaders in the home and in the community. He is a devoted husband to his high school sweetheart Dr. Shaneé Edmonds, a dentist, and proud father to his teenage daughter Teylor and teenage son Camden. He is also the author of the nationally acclaimed book, 40 Days to Life Changing Family Worship and his latest book The Frustrated Leader. He loves sports, reading, cooking and laughing at anything that’s funny.

Pastor Jeremiah Green is a native of Prattville, Alabama. He was born and raised on a farm and comes from a very large family. He's married to Giliane Green, and has a son, Micaiah, and three daughters, Zaraiah, Annaiah, and Moraiah.

God confirmed Jeremiah’s calling through a dream at the age of fifteen. In the dream, God directed him to 1 Timothy 3, which reveals the requirements of a minister. Later, God inspired him to attend Oakwood College (now Oakwood University) where he graduated with a BA in Ministerial Theology. He also completed his Master’s degree in Divinity at Andrews University, and is currently working on his doctoral dissertation in Early Childhood Education at Northcentral University.

In 2003, Jeremiah joined the Potomac Conference as the first participant in a pilot-program called “Living Lab.” This program, partly sponsored by both the Columbia Union and the North American Division, centered its focus on young pastors being mentored in specific area of Children’s Ministry. Following a year of observation at the Community Praise Center SDA Church in Alexandria, VA, Jeremiah spent a year implementing many of the successful ministry principles he had learned at the Vienna SDA Church in Vienna, VA.

In 2005, Jeremiah accepted the call to the Seabrook SDA Church where he served almost 14 years as the Associate Pastor for Children, Youth, and Young Adults.

In 2019, Jeremiah joined the Mt. Rubidoux SDA Church as the Children’s Pastor.  Here he continually strives to encourage and empower children to nurture a personal relationship with Christ.  Through the ministry of children, Jeremiah believes that Christ has the power to change a generation!

Jeremiah is the founder of The Withstanders Inc, and  Withstander Academy, which teaches that children are God’s superheros.  He has a Children’s Ministry Coaching Network that currently leads 10 churches through the process of training and networking for the year 2021.  He has traveled to Bermuda, Brazil, Haiti, Africa, and throughout the US equipping leaders and ministering to children.
